We're looking for talented designers with diverse skills, specialties, backgrounds, and perspectives to join our rapidly-growing Product Design team to define the future of sales execution for customers like Dropbox, Adobe, and Zendesk, for our market-leading sales engagement platform.

The Role 
We're looking for a seasoned product designer to own the evolution of core product workflows and enable customer efficiencies by guiding the evolution of multi-persona homepage experiences. Work closely with product partners and other functional teams, including data scientists, customer support, and internal sales experts to develop the future of how scaled, AI-powered sales teams work together. 

This opportunity is for a dynamic problem solver passionate about holistic human-centered design and automating complex sales team workflows to create experiences that accelerate our customer's goals and that they love to use in their work every day.

Location: Seattle, WA
This role is based at our office in Seattle and is not open to remote hires at this time.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for core product products, from research, strategy, and concept development all the way through to implementation and launch
  • Designing the front door experiences for our customers
  • Establishing and evangelizing best practices in design across the UX org
  • Design mentorship and guidance for our design teams with a focus on core product and design systems
  • Partnering closely with other designers, engineers, and researchers to evolve scalable dynamic solutions 
  • Creating new and innovative solutions to widely used components and patterns

Our Vision of You

  • Skilled in presenting and explaining your work, process, decisions, and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders and proactively seeking feedback to deliver world-class design solutions
  • Ability to ideate and rapidly explore many unique solutions
  • Skilled at creating shared libraries in FigmaA strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy (preferred, but not required)
  • Can foresee how a system is being used and the potential downstream effects of large and small changes
  • Experience participating in and delivering UX research activities
  • Design UI components by using feedback, data, and an understanding of accessibility guidelines
