Asana is looking for a Product Designer to join our Navigation team. Navigation is critical, as it's literally the front door to Asana and impacts nearly every decision and action a user will make.
As the designer on Navigation, you'll have the opportunity to influence the entire product. If strategy, getting alignment and being a design leader is something that excites you (or is a strength of yours), this is a role for you. Navigation is a complex information architecture and design challenge that will impact multiple surface areas across the product. You will lead discussions with cross-functional stakeholders, collaborate with teams like Design Systems, Adoption, business teams and other core product working groups. You will be instrumental in creating an Asana navigation that better reflects users' workflows and mental models, providing a best-in-class wayfinding experience that inspires the broader industry. The role will be a balance of both future thinking and bold experimentation to help move the work forward. If you’re someone who likes puzzles, then this role is right up your alley.
Asana’s Product Design team is a tight-knit, collaborative group of designers from many different backgrounds who love combining research, data insights, and peer feedback into a user-centered design process.
As part of a product-driven and design-led company, you will play a key role owning core product development, from inception to iteration and post-launch reflection. You will be designing beautiful experiences that make it as simple as possible for millions of users to adopt, use, and benefit from our product, helping us achieve our mission to enable all teams to work together effortlessly.
