Staff Product Designer, Mobile job at Tile

Tile is looking for a Sr. Product Designer for our Engagement Pillar designing consumer experiences end-to-end. We’re united by a commitment to shaping Tile’s culture around the needs of our colleagues and customers, and by our desire to build a diverse and welcoming workplace.

This role is perfect for an all-around designer with a passion for solving customers' needs and who wants to expand the ways technology can help people. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to create meaningful and cohesive consumer experiences with high-quality design solutions.

You will have the opportunity to own the design end-to-end and build innovative consumer experiences for our Mobile App experience to help people find their most important things.

*Candidates must be available to work PST business hours.

Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end experiences for our app that are simple and delightful
Excellent communicator and team player
Use empathy and analytical thinking to solve problems
Understand business goals, technical requirements, and customer needs
Impactful partner with cross-functional stakeholders
Clear perspective and high level of craft
Team mentorship
Create high-level flow maps
Generate wireframe
Lightweight prototyping in Figma
Visual design polish

Qualifications:

6+ years designing and shipping mobile app experiences end-to-end
Portfolio with metrics of success
Experience with A/B testing and design validation
Proactive and organized
