We are looking for an experienced Staff Product Designer to join our Core HR Design & Research team and drive the vision of our mobile experiences. Our team's mission is to empower organizations to grow and improve with people at the center of reliable and efficient HR experiences. We are responsible for key functionality that enables employees and organisations to track time and manage absences without stress, seamlessly distribute documents, and share and securely store personal data while keeping it easy to work with. Our mobile experiences enable employees and supervisors to tackle their most pressing work administration tasks from anywhere, giving them more time to focus on the work that matters most. 

What you will do:

• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to create the vision, strategy, and execution of our mobile experiences, to meet our customers' most essential needs and deliver a strong business impact. 
• Be a crucial part of our end-to-end product development process, driving projects from problem framing to delivery.
• Work closely with the Design System team to extend our visual language to our mobile applications, balancing usability, functionality, and mobile UI best practices. 
• Use your excellent facilitation skills to balance and align multiple stakeholders' needs and drive forward the mobile mission while keeping our customers at the center. 
• Actively mentor other designers to up-level craft skills for the team.

• A proven track record designing digital mobile products or services, ideally in a SaaS environment with a portfolio to showcase your impact in this space. 
• Ability to create, communicate, and operationalize a design vision and align stakeholders and other designers
• Proficiency in retrieving and analyzing customer data and building testable hypotheses.
• You have deep experience with the iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material design patterns for Android.
• Advanced understanding of pragmatic user-centered product design best practices and strong craft skills in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
• A strong grounding in mobile accessibility best practices
• You’re a self-starter and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. 
• You know how to tailor your solution visualization fidelity to the right level based on the project stage.
