Staff Product Designer, Growth

We're seeking a highly-skilled Staff Product Designer with Growth expertise. An ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate driving measurable business outcomes through design.

In this crucial role, you'll accelerate new user value and enhance Monetization and Expansion efforts. Your knowledge of user psychology, design principles, and growth strategies will shape our track Product Design strategy and drive our business forward.

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement innovative solutions focussed on growth, including new user experience and monetization and expansion efforts.
• Collaborate closely with different roles including product managers, engineers and a researcher to deliver high-impact, high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct extensive research and data analysis to understand user behaviours, needs, and barriers to growth.
• Develop and iterate on designs and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Work with product management to develop and test hypotheses, using both quantitative and qualitative methods to validate designs.
• Advocate for best practices in design, usability, and accessibility, ensuring a consistent and user-centric approach across all product touchpoints.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to developing our design culture and processes.

About you:

• 7+ years of experience in product design, 2+ in Growth;
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, thought process, and business impact;
• Expertise in designing and prototyping in Figma;
• Deep understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing;
• Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and other methods for measuring the impact of design decisions;
• Excellent English communication (minimum C1) and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
• A growth mindset, with a relentless focus on user needs and a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
