Our vision is to build a global, decentralized network that allows anyone to be a lender, not just banks. Since announcing the protocol in January 2021, the loan book has doubled every 2 months. Role overview

We're looking for a Staff Product Designer who is excited about working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment and is eager to make an impact in an industry experiencing explosive growth and change every day. You'll be involved in every step of the product development process, from brainstorming product strategy to delivering high-fidelity designs for web and mobile, and you'll work to build deep intuition for the needs of each type of user in our three-sided marketplace.

This role will report to the Head of Design and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute on our product vision.

What You'll Do:

Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver end-to-end user experiences that optimize among user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile platforms
Come up with the best creative and innovative solutions achieved within timeline and scope
Work with leadership and cross-functional partners in engineering and operations to determine product requirements
Support engineering in implementing designs correctly, including participating in QA and launch processes
Engage in learning the crypto landscape to understand trends, technical constraints and emergent best practices
Present and effectively communicate the conceptual vision and foster ideas to help spread storytelling techniques to inspire the team
Contribute to the development of the creative team's culture and quality standards (e.g. proposing process improvements, helping to develop and maintain the design system)

Qualifications:

6+ years experience designing and shipping a web/app product for a variety of devices and platforms
A strong portfolio that reflects excellence in design craftsmanship and a command of visual design, interaction design, and information architecture
Bonus: experience working in crypto and/or emerging markets
