Staff Product Designer (d/f/m)

Our Product, Design & Engineering team plays an active role in shaping a consumer-grade quality product experience for thousands of European HR leaders and their organizations. You’ll be part of a scaling international team dedicated to continuous customer learning and smart agile product development practices.

We are looking for an experienced Staff Product Designer to join our Apps Design & Research team and drive the vision of our experiences. We are responsible for creating a flexible offering of applications that amplifies the benefits of our core platform and addresses the needs of our customers as they grow and mature their businesses. 

What you will do:

• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to create the vision, strategy, and execution of new products that meet our customers' most essential needs and deliver a strong business impact. 
• Be a crucial part of our end-to-end product development process, driving projects from problem framing to delivery.
• Use your excellent facilitation skills to balance and align multiple stakeholders' needs and drive forward the mobile mission while keeping our customers at the center. 
• Actively mentor other designers to up-level craft skills for the team.

A proven track record designing digital products or services, ideally in a SaaS environment with a portfolio to showcase your impact in this space. 

• Ability to create, communicate, and operationalize a design vision and align stakeholders and other designers
• Proficiency in retrieving and analyzing customer data and building testable hypotheses.
• Advanced understanding of pragmatic user-centered product design best practices and strong craft skills in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
• Prior experience shipping 0-1 products.
• A strong grounding in accessibility best practices
• You’re a self-starter and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. 
• You know how to tailor your solution visualization fidelity to the right level based on the project stage.
