As a design systems designer, you will focus on improving the components and patterns across the product. Our team of designers combines the creativity of a craftsperson with the inquisitiveness of a data scientist. We value excellent design, and we are dedicated to making data accessible through innovative and scalable experiences.
You will work with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to create scalable, accessible experiences as part of the Design Systems team at Databricks. You will contribute to the vision for the system, processes, and tools empowering our design and engineering teams to build high-quality, well-designed software. As part of a team of product designers responsible for design systems, you'll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary partners across research, engineering, and product management teams.
With a distinctive emphasis on designing components, systems, and tools for our design team, your efforts will directly help unlock compelling, accessible, and innovative experiences at Databricks.

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
