Staff Product Designer

As our Staff Product Designer at Cleric you'll shape how our AI-powered SRE assistant supercharges engineering teams. You'll tackle the bleeding edge of human-AI interaction in complex data-rich production environments. No red tape, no bureaucracy - just a strong team obsessed with solving deep HCI challenges.

What You'll Drive:

• Design intuitive interfaces for human-AI collaboration in complex production systems.

• Rapidly prototype and iterate based on real-world feedback from our early users.

• Build a design system that evolves with our AI assistant's capabilities.

• Push our engineering team to implement your vision without compromise.

What You Bring:

• Track record of designing products technical users love to use (AI, data, observability, developer tools, etc).

• Empathy with site reliability engineers and platform engineers - you speak on-call, alerts and incidents.

• Mastery of design tools to prototype your ideas.

• Obsession with AI and the guts to redefine how it interacts with humans.
