About the team + role
The Brokerage team is the core of Robinhood and is responsible for many of our founding products. As a member of this team, you'll be at the epicenter of all the action, orchestrating and crafting the very essence of what defines Robinhood.
We are seeking a talented, innovative Staff Product Designer to enhance our growing team. You will play a critical role in driving the design vision for our products and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver well crafted, differentiated user experiences. The ideal candidate thrives on both leading a talented design team and actively contributing to key projects.

What you’ll do
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product designers, ensuring their continued growth and development
- Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches
- Implement guidelines, standards, and processes that ensure consistency and quality
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement—staying up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and creativity
- Partner closely with your cross-functional team (product, engineering, research and data science) to inform your decision-making and drive business impact
What you bring
- 6-8+ years of experience in product design
- Excellent portfolio that demonstrates love and care for your craft
- Proven experience building excellent consumer-facing mobile and web products
- Strong product sensibility
- Interest or experience in investing
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
