Team Description

Ads power Reddit's business. The Ads UX team supports that business - along with Redditors and Advertisers - by building scalable and intuitive ads experiences that tap into Reddit’s authentic communities. As the Senior or Staff Product Designer on Ads  you will own design for the Measurement and Reporting pillars of ads.Reddit.com. 

Your focus will be on helping advertisers better understand and optimize their advertising campaigns on Reddit. You will partner with Research, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to identify new and improved ways to visualize performance and measure impact, as well as help advertisers identify and re-engage audiences.

What you’ll do

  • Lead design of Reporting and Measurement tools in Reddit’s Ads Manager
  • Collaborate with product managers and researchers to establish and deliver a UX strategy that significantly improves the user experience for Reddit’s advertisers
  • Understand the unique needs of a broad range of advertiser and translate those into  powerful and easy to use features that will be help them grow their business
  • Design a holistic experience connecting the Measurement and Reporting tools to the Campaign Management experience
  • Execute at every stage of the design lifecycle from ideation to delivery; develop and drive the design milestones and roadmap
  • Deliver prescient user insights across diverse areas of focus that are non-obvious and lead to innovative design solutions
  • Build consensus across diverse teams through effective exploration and communication and present to design peers and senior executives

Who you might be

  • 5+ years of work experience
  • An excellent online portfolio showcasing UX and UI design work in complex systems 
  • Experience designing enterprise tools for data-heavy workflows
  • Comfort with complexity and finding clarity in ambiguous situations 
  • Strong communication skills while working closely with partners across the company
  • Humble, curious, and motivated to ship the best product
  • A role model, mentor, and motivator for other designers that’s that’s excited to be part of a high-performing team empathizing with Reddit users

This job posting may span more than one career level.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. The base pay range for this position is: $183,500 - $275,300.
