Role Description
This role allows for a high level of autonomy. You are self-driven; regularly investigating problems and determining how to have the greatest impact. You will seek out other groups’ strategic perspectives, and visually communicate gaps, overlaps, misalignment, and opportunities.
The role is highly cross-functional and involves partnership with leaders in product, design, research, data, and engineering. You will reach beyond the Growth org as you work with other groups. You will connect with fellow Growth Designers, and be supported by the Growth Group Design Lead.
In this role you will help set direction for our future Dropbox Growth experiences. Your work will primarily influence Growth roadmaps 6-18 months out, while contributing towards other groups’ plans.
You will envision future experiences that support users across their journey, as they initially learn about Dropbox offerings, purchase, use the product, and learn about additional options. Your input contributes to decisions for how the company presents and sells our offerings to customers.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Design/User Experience Design/Design Strategy
- An advanced design process. You can easily determine the high-leverage activities for the strongest ROI
- Comfortable managing disparate perspectives, finding common ground, seeking out shared goals, and moving forward.
Total Rewards
For candidates hired in Colorado, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is $163,200 - $192,000 - $220,800.
This salary/OTE range represents the low, middle, and high end of the salary or OTE (Sales roles) range for this position, and is subject to change. To determine a Dropboxer’s starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. This position may be considered a promotional opportunity.
