Squarespace is a design-centric product company at heart, with a mission to be the all-in-one platform for anyone who wants to stand out. You’ll be challenged in an environment that values both bold vision and strong execution. Product designers at Squarespace are embedded in deeply collaborative product teams, where every member plays a critical role in the team’s success.

Invoicing is essential to the daily operations of many businesses using Squarespace, from solo entrepreneurs to growing service teams. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll shape tools that simplify how users manage their work, get paid, and deliver a polished, professional experience — all while partnering closely with cross-functional collaborators to design cohesive, end-to-end solutions across the platform.

You’ll craft invoicing experiences that integrate seamlessly with other business tools like scheduling, CRM, and payments. Your work will help unify our business management ecosystem, streamline user workflows, and support the evolving needs of service-based businesses.

In this role, you’ll influence product strategy, uncover new opportunities, and define experiences that scale across multiple product lines. You’ll also contribute to how we work as a design team — championing systems thinking, high-quality craft, strong partnerships, and a deep commitment to user-centered design.

This is a hybrid role working from our Dublin, Ireland office. You will report to the Senior Design Manager of the Online Stores team.
