Commitment:

2 month contract (08/26-10/26) with the possibility of extension through EOY
Estimated hourly range $90-$100/hr

Role Overview

As a Staff Content Designer (Contract) at Novo, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content that enhances our user experience and aligns with our brand voice. This role requires a deep understanding of writing for digital platforms, the ability to lead content initiatives, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

Lead content creation for key projects and initiatives.
Produce and edit content for web and mobile app.
Help conduct research to inform and support content development.
Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive user experiences.
Develop and maintain content style guides and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10-15 years of experience in content writing with a strong portfolio.
Expertise in content strategy and writing for digital platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience creating content for financial and/or banking apps preferred.
Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations.
Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach.
