The Design & UX Group is highly multidisciplinary made up of designers from all backgrounds (product, industrial, visual, motion, etc), researchers, content strategists, program managers, and more.

As a Senior User Experience Researcher, you will be responsible for leading the design, execution, analysis, and reporting of mixed-methods UX research studies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teammates and external partners in shaping the delivery of products that impact student outcomes. You will spend time deeply understanding our members and conveying empathy, insights and strategic recommendations back to the organization.
