For this Senior position in LATAM we´re looking for a seasoned Experience (UX) Designer who uses their experience and knowledge to create user centric and business driven approaches for complex digital products while mentoring other designers. You have a broad spectrum of working knowledge that doesn’t limit itself just to UX methodologies and are a total expert in some of them. Design teams look to you for direction and client stakeholders are put at ease by your well-informed and confident approach. You switch from being strategic to tactical depending on what the project demands.
About this job
- Produce high-quality work across a variety of digital channels.
- Act as a subject matter expert to our team and as a partner to our clients, providing creative and innovative solutions.
- Communicate effectively in a cross-functional team and lead presentations to clients and other stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s brand and product offerings, and lead the development of strategic ideas that align with their standards.
- Mentor, and inspire other members of the team, providing constructive feedback that leads to consistent, quality work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing for digital with a focus on UX.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Experienced at workshop facilitation, information architecture, designing flows and screens, user testing and design optimization.
- Ability to guide and be hands-on throughout the end-to-end design process.
- Comfortable pitching design approaches and providing estimates.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, collaborating with international teams & clients.
