Sr. Product Operations Manager, eCommerce

Toast is looking for a Sr. Product Operations Manager focused on ensuring our eCommerce experiences’, (supporting go-to-market and customer), product & development scrum team thrive. We are seeking someone who is organized, collaborative and is focused on team efficiency/quality. This role will play an active partner in ensuring our prospect and customer facing eCommerce platforms exceed our goaled metrics.

You will work to scope and ensure timely delivery of team goals working with cross-functional partners across the entire organization. You will assess current processes, identify areas of opportunities and develop KPIs to measure efficiency. Sitting in the center between Marketing, Product and R&D Engineering, strong problem solving, communication, and organization skills are the keys to success. 

About this roll (Responsibilities):

• Work closely with new business and upsell eCommerce Product Owners, having a strong understanding of their goals and initiatives and act as a partner in ensuring delivery of prioritized work through ensuring clear requirements, determining cross-functional dependencies, and providing well documented work for engineering.
• Run eCommerce team ceremonies -- standups, retros, groomings, demos, post mortems and product own our Jira tooling.
• Own initiatives (backlog work and prioritization) related to core foundational eCommerce work, for example new SKU launches, down funnel integrations with Salesforce, Netsuite, and/or content management platform Magento.
• Act as liaison to internal teams, representing eCommerce during SOX/PCI audits & SKU/Pricing decisions and processes.
• Product own our content management and tooling, ensuring delivery of updated content/pricing as needed, as well as the future of more resilient content and SKU delivery.
• This is a fully remote role that has preferred EST working collaboration hours. 

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

• Proven track record (5+ years of relevant experiences) of driving and measuring process improvements and efficiencies through continuous improvement.
• Ability to act as a voice between engineering and the go-to-market business teams in an effort to properly set expectations on project requirements.
• Strong ability to communicate, problem solve, and solution design to drive expedited delivery dates.
• Identify cross-team dependencies and identify innovative ways to balance prioritization of tasks and deliverables.

Special Sauce* (Nonessential Skills/Nice to Haves)

• Experience with Project Management tools (such as Jira, Asana)
• Experience in CMS tools (such as Magento)
• Scrum/PM training certifications a plus
