We are looking for an exceptional Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, your subject matter expertise is developing compelling content and evangelizing customer success. your unique skillset will accelerate thought leadership in the Company’s fast-moving Enterprise Automation  segment. This role will report to the  VP/Head of Enterprise Product Marketing.

This individual will play a critical role in the build and execution  of high impact content  and programs that include Product messaging & positioning, Competitor Analysis, Digital Awareness Programs, Thought Leadership and Demand Generation Activities. You will work cross-functionally to establish go-to-market strategies with product management; corporate, portfolio and field marketing; pricing; and sales leadership to enable adoption of our Enterprise Automation  & Integration Solution. 

Workato is a hypergrowth company.The ideal candidate is a data-driven product marketeer with a deep understanding of SaaS marketing strategies for B2B (Enterprise) SaaS products. We seek a candidate with a proven record of driving growth through product evolution, and the ability to think strategically and move with urgency. You will also be responsible to:

  • Responsible for the core bill of materials including messaging framework, customer facing collateral, Digital content, Product Info Sheets  FAQ, and demos etc to enable our Enterprise sales motions

  • Conducting market & customer research to stay in touch with buyer needs, and create and maintain clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with our target audience

  • Be the “Enterprise Storyteller” and be the customer and product subject matter expert on Enterprise needs

  • Developing and executing the go-to-market plan for new product/feature releases collaborating across Engineering/Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales & Customer Success teams

  • Demonstrating a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive business and product results that measurably deliver company impact


Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • 5-7 years of experience working in product marketing with responsibilities around core functions like messaging, content creation, thought leadership, digital strategies.

  • Ideal candidate also has experience in the Enterprise Automation space.

  • ProfiExpertise in B2B Enterprise marketing with the ability to rapidly gain an in-depth knowledge of the Workato product and sales engagement industry and competitors

  • History of improving processes, methodologies, programs, and/or frameworks that improved company impact, customer experiences, and/or cross-team performance

  • Creates a work environment that celebrates, encourages, and stands up for diversity & inclusion

  • Previous experience at growth-stage companies or driving significant revenue growth at larger companies is beneficial

  • Bachelor's degree

  • MBA strongly preferred
