Join us at Lyra Health as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and be at the forefront of transforming mental health care. As a vital part of our Corporate & Product Marketing team, you'll use your expertise as a content strategist, B2B storyteller, and segment marketer to make a difference. 

In this role, you’ll collaborate across sales, growth marketing and clinical teams to build and bring the Lyra story to employer and health plan markets. From shaping breakthrough B2B messaging to creating compelling sales and marketing materials, you’ll play a key role in driving our mission forward and achieving our revenue and renewal goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Produce full-funnel high-quality marketing content, such as product collateral, sales presentations, blogs, and marketing materials to support growth goals. 
  • Product Positioning, Value Story and Messaging: Develop compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Craft clear value propositions that highlight our product differentiators and how we drive economic and clinical value.  
  • Thought leadership: Curate insights, data and expert perspectives to develop content packages and narratives that position Lyra as the leader in Mental Health Care.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, growth marketing, product, proposals, clinical, and customer success to create comprehensive go-to-market plans for product launches and updates. Ensure seamless execution of these plans and track metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the necessary tools and training to effectively communicate Lyra’s differentiators and value story. 
  • Deal support: Partner with the sales team to develop custom pitches and content packages to nurture, accelerate and close deals. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications or a related field. 
  • Health care experience is ideal. 
  • Exceptional writing and B2B storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging and communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Proven experience with 10+ years in product/segment/content marketing 
  • Ability to translate data and insights into narratives that will resonate with the full buying committee. 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • A strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to accelerate and close deals. 
  • Knowledge of the health tech industry, deep understanding of the HR buyer and a keen awareness of emerging trends in the market is a plus.
