Provi is seeking a creative, data-oriented, and highly collaborative Sr. Product Marketing Manager focused on arming our customer-facing teams with the tools that they need to deliver informative, engaging, and effective customer experiences. 

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Enablement will be responsible for the ideation, coordination, and creation of customer-centric internal training activities targeting on and off premise alcohol buyers and will be critical in arming our external teams with the product, persona, and value prop information required for them to succeed. Product Marketing at Provi focuses on driving growth across a number of audience groups and this individual should feel comfortable multi-tasking frequently while maintaining exceptional organization and communication. The Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Enablement will work closely with the marketing, sales, support, and account management teams to create exceptional user engagement and will play a key role in growth at Provi.

What you will be doing:

  • Working with cross-functional leadership to create a scalable internal training program including but not limited to asset identification, asset creation, curriculum development, review and feedback cycles
  • Developing a content strategy with our revenue-driving teams and creating assets needed to educate and influence our prospects and customers, including white papers, case studies, customer testimonials, tutorials, and competitive intelligence
  • Engaging with Sales to:
  • Expand and refine buyer personas
  • Develop talk tracks and sales materials that encompass persona value propositions and product information that will resonate with buyersEvaluate training and material success through feedback processes
  • Quantify and share learnings with sales leadership
  • Working with Customer Success to:
  • Develop an deep and broad library of customer goals, objections, and solutions to promote a solution-based approach to customer success
  • Create time-sensitive messaging based on current events and product updates relevant to customer personas
  • Develop case studies and testimonials highlighting their customers’ experience
  • Collaborating with Support Leadership to:
  • Expand and update customer facing help materials to maintain alignment with the latest product developments
  • Create and roll out support materials based on industry trends, customer feedback, and corporate marketing initiatives
  • Partnering with Marketing to:
  • Develop marketing tactics to assist in customer onboarding including but not limited to demand generation programming such paid advertising, email marketing, direct mail, webinars, blog posts, talks, keynotes, social media and PRCreate customer messaging based on Provi’s core value propositions and customer profiles

What we hope to see in your experience:

  • Minimum 6+ years experience in partner marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, or account-based marketing roles within B2B or SaaS companies 
  • Experience in persona development and a deep understanding of vertical marketing programs
  • Comfortable working with customer teams as well as team leadersInterest or understanding of the beverage industry is a plus
  • Analytical capability to determine program effectiveness, ROI, and forecasting 
  • Experience in client-facing roles 
  • Experience building out sales enablement programs
  • Management experience preferred
  • Hubspot experience is a plus
