Vimeo, the leading all-in-one video platform that empowers individuals, businesses, and organizations of all sizes to unlock the power of video, is seeking an impact-driven product manager to shape the future of our upload and record experience. As a member of the Vimeo Video Tools team, you will support diverse use cases and collaborate across applications with multiple stakeholders in different departments and areas of ownership, managing both B2C and B2B relationships. The ideal candidate will be passionate about video, have a proven track record building scalable solutions, and thrive in navigating ambiguity independently.

What you will do:

• Execute improvements: Identify opportunities, define and plan solutions with squad partners, and deliver and measure success in your areas of ownership 
• Impact product strategy: Create and execute a multi-year strategy and roadmaps for Upload & Record offering, aligned with the broader company strategy.
• Understand the customer: Continuously conduct in-depth user and market research to refine user personas, customer needs, and market trends, translating these into a clear product strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers: Understand their needs and gather feedback while acting as a key partner to Customer Success and Sales teams. 
• Define and track KPIs: Measure the success of released features and the overall solution to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-surface stakeholders: Work closely with other product groups to support holistic solutions for various job-to-be-done stories.  

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

• 4+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience leading products, ideally with exposure to PLG motions.
• In-depth technical familiarity with video creation, management, and delivery, including user experience and infrastructure.
• A proven track record of influencing without authority, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
• An innate ability to synthesize large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights and build a defensible product strategy.
• Familiarity with video recording applications and/or video hosting services is a huge plus
