Sr Product Manager job at Swile

Swile is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the expansion of our cards and payment solutions across Brazil. This role is crucial for adapting our global payments platform to the local market's regulatory and operational realities, enabling Swile to intelligently scale its benefits and incentives operations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the localization and scaling of our payments products, ensuring compliance with Brazilian regulations.

-Collaborate closely with teams in Brazil and France to synchronize our product offerings and pave the way for global expansion.

-Drive multiple project streams, focusing on the integration and automation of payment systems, enhancing product alignment, -and scaling operations to support millions of users worldwide.

-Partner with Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Legal teams to develop and deploy a robust payments infrastructure.

-Spearhead the planning and optimization of payment operations, targeting automation and operational excellence.

-Oversee card logistics and collaboration with Finance, Sales, and other key stakeholders.

-Develop and execute a monetization strategy for the payments portfolio.

-Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sharing insights and progress with Swile leadership to foster continuous improvement.

-Mentor and support other product managers in using data-driven decision-making to enhance product offerings.

Requirements:

-Experience in tech companies, specifically within the Payments or FinTech sectors.

-Proven track record of leading product teams and driving results using data-driven approaches.

-At least 6 years of direct experience in the Payments domain, with a thorough understanding of card payment methods and their -evolution in the region.

-Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, balancing innovation, technical debt, and foundational growth.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop strategic visions and collaborate effectively with engineering teams to implement these plans.

-Deep familiarity with the market dynamics of payment methods in Brazil and proactive in anticipating market trends.
