at Shift Technology, REMOTE - United States
At Shift Technology, we’re transforming insurance with AI. We help insurers fully automate more claims, deliver a great customer experience while protecting against risk and accurately identifying suspected fraud, making internal teams more effective and improving financial performance.
Since our launch in 2014 in Paris, we've raised over $320M with Tier 1 investors, opened offices in Boston, Tokyo, Singapore, London, Madrid, Zurich, and Hong Kong, and currently work with more than 80 insurers globally. If you are excited about joining a fast-growing insurtech innovator with a passion for excellence and global culture, Shift is the place for you.
Shift is building a product suite for insurance. We are enabling the insurance industry to radically improve the customer experience by transforming their operations - underwriting, claims handling, and compliance - using cloud-based, AI-powered SaaS solutions. Shift has globally successful products across all insurance verticals: Property & Casualty, Healthcare and Life.
As our product ambitions have grown, we need product managers to define, build and grow products that solve real problems for health plans. Great products led by great product managers can make a dramatic difference in the success of Shift and our impact on healthcare insurance. We are seeking an experienced product person for this new frontier.
To build a successful strategy for Improper Payment Detection, you will need a deep and broad knowledge: deep, in your understanding of how we use AI and data science; and broad, in your knowledge of the claims lifecycle. In addition, you will need to understand how health plans operate and how end-users will interact with our products to deliver great member quality of care, a strong provider network and improved financial results.
Shift has strong development and R&D teams building SaaS solutions supported by applied machine learning and big data analysis. Your role will be to provide a product vision, distilled from insights into our users and market, and work with other teams to build towards it. You'll play a key role in a culture of rapid delivery and iteration based on testing, measurement and feedback.
