About the Position
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our rapidly growing team. As our Senior Product Manager, you will work directly under our Chief Creative Officer and Co-Founder, and will be responsible for end-to-end product development.  You will own key products and features, from the idea stage through to development and launch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment and is eager to take on the challenge of developing cutting-edge solutions. We want to be clear, this is not an easy role (it's product after all) but you’ll be building the future of content intelligence using state of the art AI technologies to power content generation, automation, insights and actions - you will change the lives of people in content forever.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage comprehensive product strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Create and manage product roadmaps, detailing functionality, and features for new and existing products.
  • Write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) that clearly articulate and depict product features and functionality.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure effective and efficient implementation of product features.
  • Engage in customer-facing roles to collect feedback and understand their needs better.
  • Run standups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
  • Develop rapid prototypes and design mockups to effectively communicate product ideas and features.
  • Utilize data and AI to drive product decisions and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet our high standards of usability and simplicity in design.
  • Be able to sell your ideas and the products you build both internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager, preferably in a start-up / fast paced environment.
  • Proven experience with AI, data products, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in building integrations with other platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of product development processes and principles.
  • Proficient in creating product requirement documents (PRDs) and rapid prototyping.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • A keen eye for simple, intuitive design and UI/UX.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of data based systems.
  • Customer-facing experience.
  • Proven ability to lead teams through highly ambiguous environments.
  • Proven ability to partner with sales teams and sensitive customer escalations

Salary Range:

  • $165,000 - $185,000 per year is the expected salary range. The final salary will be based on experience.
