A Senior Product Manager will play a critical role in owning product planning and launches, partnering closely with Product (PM, Design), Engineering, Go-to-Market (GTM), Customer Success (CS), Operations, and the leadership team to execute our product strategy and achieve our business goals. This role is highly visible across the organization and is crucial to ensure that we execute at a high level across every facet of product management, development, and operations.

Lyra is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help drive our health plans strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver that is highly collaborative, synthesizing input from many different cross-functional teams, articulating a plan, and executing.

This role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.

  • Partner cross-functional with internal teams to identify pain points and define strategies to drive platform scalability
  • Own product roadmap by gathering input, evaluating opportunities, and prioritizing features according to our business goals
  • Drive excellent product development experience for the product/design/engineering team by writing concise documentation and engineering tickets, supporting the design process, running team rituals, and coordinating successful releases
  • Track overall program metrics and effectively report out on program health to executive audiences
  • Partner closely with channel partners to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with Go-to-Market and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from product development to product launch and customer onboarding, and receiving feedback to further drive the product roadmap
  • Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives and associated goals
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and optimizing processes and methodologies

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, or a related role in a software development environment
  • Highly organized self-starter; able to multitask and apply structure to ambiguous situations
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills and ability to think strategically and tactically to solve problems and drive results while operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Curiosity and passion to learn more about your users, our market, our product, the competitive landscape, and much more
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong, proactive ownership over one’s area of responsibility; has an innate sense of accountability, attention to detail, and an execution-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with health plan integrations and healthcare revenue cycle management or related
  • Experience in management consulting, digital health operations, or related experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
