As a member of the Product Team, you will participate in the development of critical product design and functionality. You will be working with stakeholders across the organization, and directly with our customers, to understand our business, the markets we’re in, our customers’ needs, and our users’ workflows. You will help refine and execute the roadmap for our Digital Health products, working closely with Sales, Marketing, CSMs, Engineering, H1 Research, and Design to deliver on H1's strategy for Health Plan customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1

As a Product Manager for Health Plans, you will support the execution of HCP data ingestion, processing and scoring, and then returning that data via data feed, API, and UX. This enables customers to integrate H1’s provider data and improve and enhance their own HCP directories. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and commercial teams to  create roadmap items to improve our offering and work with product peers across H1 to collaborate on features that cut across client segments such as Pharma vs Health Plans vs Digital Health.

You will
- Partner closely with design, engineering, and data teams to execute our ability to process / enhance client data
- Build a deep understanding of the health plan market, our customers’ goals, and the challenges they face with provider and network data accuracy
- Contribute to defining, prioritizing, and delivering product features that improve data quality, interoperability, and user experience for customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure smooth go-to-market and customer adoption
- Measure and analyze product performance to inform ongoing roadmap and product strategy
- Track and communicate progress against roadmap and client commitments, flagging risks early and coordinating resolution across Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams
- Own day-to-day Jira management and sprint coordination, maintaining hygiene, backlog prioritization, and delivery milestones across multiple horizontally-aligned teams
- Collaborate with CSMs and sales to evaluate what are configuration needs of clients versus customization requests that may require push back. 
- Evaluate what configuration and customization requests we do honor can be turned into more turnkey scalable product solutions.

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced product manager that is comfortable spending time in the problem space. You are someone who can manage complexity and adjust your process to the context you’re working in. Your natural inclination is to work collaboratively, to be transparent and seek and give feedback continuously.

- You are an experienced product manager, with a background in data as a service products, ideally in the provider space
- Excited about solving complex challenges and energized by identifying opportunities to create a coherent strategy in an ambiguous domain
- Data-driven and customer-centric. You appreciate that great product decisions require a balance between analytics and a thorough understanding of the user needs
- You are comfortable advocating for your product with peers and when needed, escalating when you are blocked by other teams
- You are comfortable facilitating meetings and ensure all the voices in the room are heard but a conclusion is reached
- You value open dialogue and aren’t afraid to challenge product strategy, yet you’re equally ready to align and drive execution once direction is set

REQUIREMENTS 
- 5+ years of experience in DaaS product management, preferably in healthcare data, especially provider data.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data feeds, data products, and B2B integrations.
- Proven ability to translate customer needs and technical capabilities into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving alignment among multiple stakeholders

COMPENSATION

This role pays $140,000 to $165,000 per year, based on experience, in addition to stock options.
