In 2016, we founded Provi as an innovative ordering solution, aimed to disrupt the 240-billion dollar alcohol industry with a product that would move beyond the constant chaos: the texts, paper stacks, missed phone calls and lost communication that has dominated the purchasing workflow between buyers and distributors for decades.

Today, Provi is better than ever. We’ve created a best-in-class ordering solution that better connects beverage alcohol professionals across 35 states and growing, with more than 750,000 product listings that make up the most expansive and trusted database of U.S. distributor portfolios.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise to develop and launch new experiences for enterprise-level customers, including national chain retailers. You will work closely with partners in Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Data Science/Analytics to plan and execute offerings for enterprise customers, in addition to scaling the internal tools that help support these products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the roadmap and strategy for our enterprise-level products that help national chains scale alcohol ordering across their locations. This is not an optimization role; you will be instrumental in taking Provi from 0 to 1 for this customer segment.
  • Work with a team of engineers, designers, and other product managers to define, prototype, and launch innovative solutions that meet the needs of customers and business goals in a scalable way.
  • Keep the user problem that you’re solving top of mind -- and ensure that the rest of the organization is as well. Intake of user feedback -- both qualitative (user research studies, surveys, and focus groups) and quantitative (onboarding funnels, usage trends) -- to determine new feature sets and iterations on existing functionality.
  • Be accountable for outcomes, not output.  Understand the business opportunity, the ROI of what you’re proposing, and the impact of what you’ve built. Communicate that impact to your team and the broader organization
  • Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.
  • Own the execution and excellence of your product area. Be scrappy. Solve problems. Do what needs to be done
  • Be both a teacher and student to your peers in the product team. Help the product team as a whole continue to improve. Help facilitate and maintain our team dynamic: open, encouraging, and productive.
  • Above all strive to make the Provi team, business, and product great

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience overseeing the entire product development process from product ideation to product delivery, including writing narratives, requirements, white papers, and other PM artifacts.
  • 2+ years of experience delivering high-visibility products for large enterprise-level customers
  • Able to present to enterprise customers and an executive/C-suite level with minimal guidance
  • Ability to travel, up to 10-15% of the time

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to coordinate with partners at various levels, including but not limited to engineering, design, and operations
  • Proven track record of working from ambiguity to a plan of action that results in successful execution at scale
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making experience
  • Amazing written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the grit to turn uncertainty into action
Frequently cited statistics show that women and underrepresented groups apply to jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. But guess what? No one ever meets 100% of the qualifications. Trust your experience and apply!
