Engagement surveys are an important strategic pillar for Lattice and central to the companies mission of “making work meaningful”. They provide companies with cultural assessments allowing them to build engaged teams and retain key talent.
What You Get to Do
This is a unique role that involves growing the Engagement survey product to serve the needs of HR and Executive leaders. You’ll work closely with your engineering counterparts, as well as go-to-market teams, to deliver feature enhancements and strategic initiatives. This is a remote role and is an excellent opportunity if you thrive working on highly impactful and visible products.
