The Dapper Developer Experience team enables third-party developers to build the next generation of decentralized applications with Dapper. A strong experience for our developers leads to more and better experiences for our users.
At Dapper, we build identity, payment, and wallet solutions so that developers can stay focused on providing innovative entertainment experiences for our users. You will oversee the strategy, priorities, roadmap and delivery of services that ensure a rich Developer Experience for third-party partners using our platform. You will work with our most senior leaders in both engineering and partnerships to service our growing pipeline of developer partners and build a thriving community.
What we’ll accomplish together:
- Develop a strategy and roadmap that prioritizes the key needs of our partners in order to create and establish a thriving developer community.
- Define and evangelize Dapper’s developer services including sandbox, dashboard, technical guidelines for Dapper’s Developer Platform.
- Can build and operationalize a team of engineers, marketers, and support roles to onboard thousands of developers onto the Dapper Platform
- Conduct market and customer research with marketing and partnership teams and translate data and insights into actionable plans to drive
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the product's success.
A little about you:
- You have 5+ years in product management; prior experience as a software engineer is desirable
- You have strong experience designing products for developers, such as APIs, SDKs, or developer tools.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset. Rolling up your sleeves, establishing order from chaos, while managing ambiguity and getting shit done
- Proven success working in complex, technical environments
- You can demonstrate a passion for developer experience and/or have experience working in blockchain
