The base salary range for this role is $127,000 per year - $209,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

As a SR. PRODUCT MANAGER at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you are here to define, build and scale the Fanatics Cross-Sell experience across the Fanatics ecosystem [Commerce, Collectibles, etc.] on iOS, Android, and Desktop apps that we will bring to market. You will be part of the connective tissue that joins the various holding companies to create value for our customers. You will work with stakeholders across the entire organization and bring to life a cross-vertical loyalty program across the Fanatics ecosystem. This Senior Product Manager will work on building user stories, product requirements, roadmap priorities, and data-driven product features to create a best-in-class cross-sell experience for users.
Responsibilities
- Partner with FBG and respective Fanatics teams to write user stories, gather product requirements + discussions, prioritize deliverables, and execute the Product Roadmap objectives
- Research and collaborate with user research teams to drive insights and recommendations to the product roadmap.
- Produce a product roadmap looking at least 1-2 quarters ahead and be prepared to provide readouts to senior leadership.
- Be a passionate subject matter expert on our products and their impact on real money gaming and the sports/entertainment industry.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Fanatics platform, assets, customer base, and the unique position of Fanatics in the Sports industry.
- Be an expert in working with and driving our Engineering, Product and Marketing teams.
- Think through and articulate user flows, edge-cases and user journeys that produce unparalleled product quality and experiences for users.
- Work with UI/UX and engineering teams to build elegant and beautiful digitally native app experiences across iOS, Android, and WWW.
- Ability to effectively communicate and partner with Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, UI/UX, and Operations to understand user preferences and product successes and failures; synthesize and integrate these learnings into feature decisions on the product roadmap.
- Contribute directly to product KPIs and related business objectives and metrics and be prepared to readout on them on a regular basis.
- Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetingsSet an example for other product managers by promoting an inclusive and innovative culture
Skills and Qualifications
- 6+ years experience as a Product Manager, preferably in an agile, B2C digital native app-focused product organization.
- Deep passion for sports, gaming, and entertainment products that drive empathetic and thoughtful product decisions affecting end users .
- Warrior mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to simply articulate product outcomes and value propositions to leadership.
- Collaborative personality, with an ability to work cross-functionally across different Product teams and teams at Fanatics.
- Oriented towards thinking about the future and building the strategy but isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty to get a project across the finish line Interest in implementing a “test and learn” atmosphere
