Sr. Product Manager - Analytics

What You Get to Do 

This is a unique role that involves building a 0 > 1 product offering at Lattice. You’ll work closely with your engineering, design and data science counterparts, as well as go-to-market teams, to deliver feature enhancements and strategic initiatives. This position is located in our San Francisco office and is an excellent opportunity if you thrive working on highly impactful and visible products. 

• Help define and execute a product vision and strategy, and be able to break a larger vision into discrete projects
• Synthesize customer feedback to identify pain points and deeply understand their problems
• Lead the prioritization and development of your product's roadmap to deliver value to our customers and the business
• Support GTM teams in bringing new releases to market
• Define the product KPIs and track the success of the features that we launch

What You Bring

We are looking for someone who has a combination of the following:

• 4+ years of  product management experience, ideally working on analytics platforms or analytics products within B2B SaaS offerings, with a track record of owning feature and product development, end to end
• Experience with workflow software
• Excellent communication skills, able to act as an ambassador for Lattice’s product vision to both internal partners and external customers
• Someone who has a high focus on shipping products, and is able to make trade-offs that require prioritizing different competing demands
• Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently
• High attention to detail
• A high degree of empathy towards Lattice’s customers and your own teammates
