At Roblox, we are redefining how people connect and play in immersive 3D through safe & civil digital worlds, and enabling creators and brands to build on the limitless possibilities of our platform. As a Sr. Product Designer at Roblox, you will play a crucial role in crafting the design strategy and UX for user-facing products—with a particular focus on systemic design thinking. Working collaboratively with product managers, designers, and engineers, you’ll help craft compelling narratives and user experiences across our platform.
You'll contribute to the development of cohesive, engaging content that improves our players', creators' and brands’ experiences. This role is focused on driving design at the product level, improving product flows, features, language, frameworks, and navigation across various platforms and contributing to process improvements. You’ll have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and influence the design language of Roblox, making a real impact in crafting the future of our platform as we scale to 1 billion users.
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
