Sr Product Designer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated Product Designer - Remote (m/f/d), who is ready to join our rocket ship and play a key role within our Product team.

What you'll do

• Understand the user problems and desires and bring their perspective to all discussions concerning solutions for our product. You will be working with our Product team already from the discovery side, taking an active part in
  1. User Research, User Interviews, Shadowing our customer facing colleagues
  2. Visualizing the problem space in user flows, story maps etc.
  3. Challenging the problem briefing or proposed solutions
  4. Testing prototypes with users
• Work with our developers on finding and building the best solution to solve the problem
  1. Creating different artefacts like wireframes, prototypes or a high fidelity mockups depending on the situation
  2. Involving the developers early in the design process
  3. Iterating quickly on problems that might come up during the implementation phase

Requirements

• You have experience in working within a fast-paced startup environment
• You have experience with different User research methodologies, as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis and know how to present your rationale
• You have experience working with a Design System
• You have experience working with Figma
• Joy in collaboration and an understanding, that the best results come from team work
• You're striving for the best experience for users, but you know that there have to be trade-offs to match business goals or technical feasibility
• You have already worked for B2B products
• At least 3 years of experience in a UX or Product Design role within product companies/teams
• Being comfortable working remotely (we don't have an office)
