This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. What you'll achieve

  • Grow, mentor, and lead a talented and diverse team of design managers and product designers in our SF office. 
  • Partner with cross-functional partners to establish vision, strategy, roadmaps, and processes that help us move fast and deliver value to our customers
  • Help define strategy and objectives and set the vision for the user experience to meet customer and business needs. 
  • Guide and accelerate your team, oversee multiple workstreams, and connect the dots between cross-org products for your team to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
  • Be the champion for product excellence and help your team define what good is as the technology evolves.
  • Collaborate with design leadership to evolve our process, tools, and systems to ensure we’re creating great, consistent work.

About you

  • 10+ years experience in product design with at least 3 years experience managing managers and wants to be closer to work.
  • Experience working in technical and nebulous 0 to 1 domains and products. AI experience is preferred but not required.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases a track record of design leadership, end-to-end experience ownership, design excellence and storytelling. 
  • Strong customer advocacy with a penchant for data and drive to effectively use technology to solve real customer problems.
  • Focus on maximizing impact for yourself, your team, and your organization.

Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit. 

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $326,000 - $440,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
