Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Sr. Director, Enterprise Product Marketing to join our growing team. In this role, You will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plan to reach the target audience in the Enterprise Segment. You will also be responsible to:

  • Work closely with Sales and Product to build out and execute on a strategy to grow Workato in Enterprise segment

  • Clearly understand the the value proposition of Workato and bring to life the product functionalities, strategy and roadmap through presentations, thought leadership and market amplification strategies

  • Launch and Relaunch new and existing innovations, drive success in marketing through partnerships across Demand Generations, Enablement, Customer Marketing and Product Management

  • Sales Enablement: Liaise with Product Management and Sales to create sales enablement collateral including sales decks, product sheets, presentations/videos, demo scripts, competitive battle cards, and objection handling kill-sheets. Partner with the Sales team (strategic sales, SDRs, sales, renewals, account managers) to create the training that teaches Sales how to sell these products. Manage the customer reference database.

  • Product Differentiation: Amplification of product capabilities and differentiation via digital channels and communities

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • 10+ years experience in platform product marketing at a high-tech SaaS company, or similar. 

  • Domain expertise in Platform both capabilities and E2E. Capabilities include Automation, Low Code / No Code, Integration etc.

  • Creative thinker that can generate innovative marketing ideas and lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution.

  • Dynamic, confident personality with the ability to successfully define and drive project execution with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals.

  • Proven ability to present effectively in front of internal, external, and global executive audiences.

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

  • Strong communication and writing skills

  • Demonstrated experience and ability to work well cross-functionally

  • Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence.

  • Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
