The team
Our Marketing team creates world-class content and data-driven marketing solutions that communicate the value of DocuSign’s Agreement Cloud to reach more customers and help them understand the potential impact DocuSign can have on their business. We design creative for a new business campaign. Refine messaging around new product launches. Organize captivating customer events. Develop innovative social media campaigns. Collaborate on playbooks and training with the Sales team. Marketing is the face and voice of DocuSign and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our story.

This position
DocuSign is in need of a Sr. Brand Designer to drive the visual design of our marketing experiences. In this position, you will weave our brand with data and research to create and implement a best-in-world experience for our visitors, users, and customers. You’ll work closely with the design team, cross-department Marketers, and Program Management to deliver quality work that drives business results. You’ll be hands-on in crafting a new and better visual experience across a variety of DocuSign’s digital touch points.

This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Creative Director and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and contribute to our core brand strategy and architecture
  • Create brand systems and expressions with a high level of craft
  • Concept, contribute, and design brand marketing campaigns
  • Solve design problems across multiple marketing and corporate touchpoints in both traditional and digital spaces
  • Work cross-functionally, balancing the needs of stakeholders and breaking down complex narratives into simple, compelling ideas
  • Collaborate with copywriters, researchers, and marketers to serve a global audience

Basic qualifications 

  • 8+ years of experience specializing in brand and visual design
  • Portfolio featuring brand, identity, marketing and web design

Preferred qualifications 

  • Experience with brand systems, film, motion graphics, and event/environmental graphics
  • Comfort working across the full spectrum of traditional and digital brand touchpoints
  • Functional knowledge of Adobe CC, Figma, and other design tools 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and bring out the best in the design team 
  • Working knowledge of contributing to, and implementing visual designs based on brand and design systems
  • Experience branding and merchandising digital products
  • Ability to present concepts and communicate design decisions to stakeholders with clarity and confidence
  • Comfort collaborating with marketers and business leaders to find creative solutions
  • Comfortable drafting some copy such as headlines

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $118,200 - $146,8000 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
