About us:

Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.

Please note, this will be a hybrid role based out of Grow's soon to be opened Seattle office. We are looking for someone comfortable going into the office 3x per week to work closely with our Seattle-based mobile team

What You'll Be Doing:

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the development of Grow Therapy's first mobile app initiative, focused on revolutionizing the therapy experience through enhanced client engagement and support. You'll be part of our rapidly growing product team, reporting directly to the Group Product Manager of the Care Outcomes team, and working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and clinical teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive innovation in mental healthcare by developing and launching our first mobile client experience, leveraging data and user insights to create breakthrough solutions
  • Lead the integration of cutting-edge technology, including AI/ML capabilities, to revolutionize how clients engage with therapy between sessions
  • Define and track key metrics to measure product success, using data-driven insights to optimize the user experience and improve therapy outcomes
  • Design and execute rigorous A/B tests and experiments to validate product hypotheses and inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to pioneer new approaches to digital mental healthcare while ensuring alignment with therapeutic best practices

Salary range:  $170,000-$235,000

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

  • You have 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focusing on consumer mobile applications
  • You've successfully led the development and launch of 0-to-1 products that achieved significant user adoption and engagement
  • You have experience with AI/ML product development and understand how to integrate these technologies into user experiences effectively
  • You possess a deep understanding of behavioral design principles and how to drive sustained user engagement
  • You're passionate about mental healthcare and improving access to quality care through technology

If you don’t meet every single requirement, but are still interested in the job, please apply. Nobody checks every box, and Grow believes the perfect candidate is more than just a resume.
