Razorfish is looking to hire a full-time Sr. Visual Designer to help execute cutting-edge conceptual thinking and digital design. Someone who’s fast, collaborative, and whose bread-and-butter is creating compelling work for digital experiences. An impeccable sense of design and conceptual ability, as well as strong technical skills are must-haves. 

You’ll be joining a highly-skilled team of designers, art directors, copywriters and strategists to create world-class concepts and designs.

Responsibilities:

• You’re a creative with strong design chops who can work well with others at all levels
• You have a powerful digital-focused portfolio
• You can generate visual concepts for marketing campaigns
• You’re able to iterate in a fast-paced environment
• You possess communication and presentation skills that allow you to articulate your innovative visual ideas and design choices
• You actively participate in brainstorms and other idea-generating team sessions
• You have a strong grasp of the latest and emerging technologies, site and social trends and techniques

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a strong digitally focused portfolio (Apps, Web etc.)
• High attention to detail in your work
• Ability and willingness to push design boundaries
• Strong typography and layout skills 
• Work is heavy in brand elevation and expression
• A working knowledge of the technical aspects of the internet, and the ability intelligently discuss with members of cross-functional teams
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to solve problems using keen instincts and organizational experience
