About the Job:

You will execute Visual Design within Arena Studios. This includes Arena’s branding, creative concepts for campaigns, graphic design for sales collateral, Social media posts, Landing Pages, among other activities.

Arena Studios is Arena’s creative powerhouse, composed of best-in-class copywriters, motion designers, and social media managers.

Arena is a global brand, so you will frequently communicate in English with international agencies, vendors, clients and folks from work.

As a Visual Designer, you will be closely connected with other teams, like Growth Marketing, Product Design, Sales and Customer Success. You will own Arena’s Brand Guide, updating and adjusting it as challenges come your way.

What you will be doing:

Create all sorts of visual assets: campaign ads, social media assets, ebooks, presentation decks, hybrid events material, etc;
Collaborate with product owners/managers to give shape to roadmap items;
Find opportunities for improving brand perception and acquisition, propose new solutions and validate assumptions with data;
Create designs that adhere to the existing design language systems;
Work with Growth Marketing to deliver the final product;
Develop projects in line with company goals.

You May Be a Good Fit If You Have:

4+ years professional, hands-on experience designing visual assets and campaigns;
Strong portfolio with proven track record;
Experience with Figma;
Experience creating for B2B enterprise SaaS products;
Fluency in English.

What a typical day at Arena looks like for a Visual Designer:

Be in sync with the team using Google Suite (email, Docs, Sheets, Slides), ClickUp and Slack;
Participate in daily meetings every morning on Google Meet;
Execute your work in Figma, Adobe CS and whatever other creative platform you work with;
Edit your work in Hubspot, WordPress and CMS platforms;
Pair with copywriting and social media teams to come up with creative solutions for campaigns;
Constantly update task completion and goals in tracking platforms.
