POSITION:  Senior Visual Designer

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate user goals into design solutions; collaborate to deliver quality, on-brand designs across digital and print; present design rationale in a convincing manner; ideate and execute marketing campaign assets, promotional materials, and product creative; break down open-ended opportunities into actionable next steps; realize ideas with the appropriate level of detail and fidelity at every phase; ensure designs and user interfaces deliver core brand strategy and vision; and, operate across projects with different speeds and effectively balance big thinking and timely execution. Telecommuting permitted up to 40%.

REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Design, Multimedia, or a related technology, web or mobile design field plus three (3) year of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include the following: Experience designing across mobile and web at consumer-focused brands or agencies; Demonstrable experience with visual design and marketing; Demonstrable experience with design chops and proven experience across print and digital including mobile, desktop, app, email, social; Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion; Demonstrable experience maintaining a portfolio that showcases contribution to digital products and demonstrates originality, innovation, and strong problem solving skills; and, Demonstrable proficiency in the following design tools: Figma, Sketch, Photoshop and Illustrator. Telecommuting permitted up to 40%.
