A Typical Day

User Research & Analysis: Begin your day by engaging in user research and analysis to understand our users' needs and behaviors deeply.
Design Execution: Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, utilizing your proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, presenting your design ideas and receiving feedback to refine and enhance your concepts.
Accessibility & Interaction: Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility guidelines and best practices, focusing on creating inclusive and engaging user interactions.
Feedback Integration: Iterate on designs based on user feedback and changing requirements, maintaining flexibility and adaptability in your design approach.

Your Expertise

Professional Experience: 5+ years as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio of successful projects.
Design Skills: Expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction, and visual design.
Tool Proficiency: Skilled in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Technical Familiarity: Understanding of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, design systems, and component libraries is a plus.
Agile Experience: Experience with agile development methodologies preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Experience designing for B2B SaaS products and familiarity with UX research methods, accessibility testing tools, and best practices.
