We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a team of talented peers responsible for the future of agile project management for software teams. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll have ownership over your designs, define and lead experiences for thousands of users. Scope of your role:

  • Provide end-to-end design solutions from ideation to launch in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
  • Deliver high-quality designs with a user-centered approach. 
  • Create deliverables that clearly communicate your vision of user experience such as wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, functional documentation.
  • Contribute to and maintain ZenHub’s design system through innovative UX patterns.
  • Conduct user research to uncover usability friction, validate designs and inform design decisions; and translate insights into requirements.
  • Present your work and communicate your design process to the wider organization to provide a clear rationale for design decisions.
  • Facilitate remote workshops.

A little about you:

  • 5+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer working in software space.
  • Have a track record of building successful products you are proud of and can’t wait to share.
  • Experience taking the lead to drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear process for making design decisions.
  • Comfortable talking to engineers to understand and execute on achievable solutions within scope.
  • Strong communication skills, confidence in your work, and an openness to feedback. 
  • Strong understanding of business metrics and KPIs.
  • Extra points:
  • Experience with design systems
  • Animation tools (such as principle and lottie)
