You’ll join a team with a highly strategic role and a great opportunity to put your skills and ideas to a good use. Our goal is to turn the complex tasks of accounting and finance into something intuitive, effortless (and maybe even fun one day!) for all the small business owners who would rather focus on the day-to-day operations of their company. The Product Designers of Pennylane have thus a huge role to play in building such adequate interfaces.

More specifically, as we’ve grown quite fast and we already have more than 20 different product squads, we need someone with a global product vision, capable of streamlining our tone of voice through the app, and rendering complex vocabulary into simple expressions.

As a UX writer, you will work with the entire Product & Design department (42 people)

We have 20 teams creating wording at the same time in the product, lacking guidelines and consistency. Your goal will be to :

- Start by running a comprehensive audit of the product.

- Execute the audit : start writing on low hanging fruits and reduce the friction points. This will also be the occasion to learn more about the product.

- Produce guidelines for the team to gain autonomy regarding the wordings
