About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong background in rapid prototyping, digital marketing assets, and user-centered design. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in crafting engaging user experiences and visually compelling designs across various formats and devices.

This role requires a strategic mindset, advanced design capabilities, and the ability to lead complex projects from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Design Leadership:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for complex projects across Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile platforms.

• Develop and drive design strategies that align with business goals and enhance user experience.

• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure visually consistent designs

Advanced User Research:

• Conduct and oversee comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analysis.

• Use research findings to inform design decisions and iteratively improve user interfaces.

High-Fidelity Design:

• Create detailed wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.

• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices and platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and marketing teams to optimize design solutions.

• Facilitate design discussions and present design solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind design choices.

Design System and Consistency:

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across digital products.

• Apply and enforce design standards and guidelines to maintain a cohesive visual language.

Project Oversight:

• Manage multiple projects, setting priorities and meeting deadlines while maintaining high design quality.

• Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of design assets.

Mentoring and Leadership:

• Mentor junior and mid-level designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their professional growth.

• Lead design reviews and critique sessions, offering insights and recommendations to improve overall design quality.

Innovation and Improvement:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance design skills and methodologies.

• Identify opportunities for innovation and implement new design approaches to improve user experience.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough testing of design solutions to ensure they meet user needs and project specifications.

• Review and validate design implementations to ensure they align with the established design vision and standards.

Documentation and Communication:

• Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including user flows, wireframes, and design specifications, to support the development process.

• Ensure clear and effective communication of design decisions and changes to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on website design and a proven track record of leading projects from concept to launch, aligning business goals with user needs.

• Mastery of industry-standard design tools, including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with exceptional organization in maintaining consistent workflows and adhering to company guidelines.

• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture, coupled with experience creating responsive, accessible, and visually compelling designs across devices.

• Comprehensive knowledge of front-end development processes and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to enhance collaboration with development teams.

• Proven ability to conduct and analyze user research, including interviews, personas, journey mapping, usability testing, and A/B testing, to inform data-driven design decisions.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging user feedback and testing to iterate and refine designs.

• Extensive experience in creating and managing design systems, ensuring scalability and consistency across digital platforms.

• Robust portfolio showcasing diverse website design projects that highlight creativity, problem-solving, and adherence to UX/UI best practices.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of growth and continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and lead discussions with stakeholders.

• Experience managing multiple projects in agile environments, delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
