Senior UX Researcher @ Uiflow 

We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join our team to deliver great end-to-end no-code/low-code experiences. As a lead member of this team, you will influence product strategy, drive innovative experiences, and ensure our product is usable, useful, and leads to customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for being an expert at research methods and techniques, but more than that you will need to work with the other leads at Uiflow to help inform customer requirements and needs when using Uiflow. Through mentorship, cross-disciplinary, and general thought-leadership, you will help nurture a practice of research and promote the craft of high-quality research rigor and methodology. You will be a guide, specialist, and advocate for user research and the product team writ large.

In This Role, You Will

• Have a firm understanding of underlying business strategy and guide research objectives to achieve business goals
• Develop and maintain a research plan, roadmap, and timeline to effectively triage research requests as well as to identify new opportunities for research in product areas
• Manage research projects from sourcing, scoping, and planning to execution, reporting, and driving insights into products
• Model the behavior, needs, and journeys of customers across the product lifecycle and leverage research reports to tell a story that answers key research questions and brings users needs to life
• Create and socialize actionable research outcomes and recommendations that inform product strategy
• Facilitate Enterprise Design Thinking workshops and discussions with customers, stakeholders, and teammates
• Build a rapport with participants over the course of multiple sessions
• To nurture, build out, and advocate for the UX research discipline as well as mentor and facilitate the work of researchers we bring on in the future
• Advocate and be a leader in collecting and analyzing UX Metrics of all kinds (i.e., NPS, SUS, product specific) to promote a culture of outcomes and measurement
• Build an understanding of the market and underlying technology to better understand the context users and customers find themselves in
• Facilitate the creation of a research participant pool and maintaining/engaging that pool

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 6 years of demonstrated experience conducting user and design research
• BS degree or higher in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, Sociology, or other related fields
• Proven record of delivering exceptional solutions that address customers' most challenging business problems and opportunities
• Demonstrated success turning both generative and evaluative research insights into actionable design recommendations
• Experience with agile practices and processes
• Experience working within a startup environment
• Specialization and expertise in qualitative data collection techniques, analysis, and research planning
