Project Description

You will be working with the Product Design and Product Management teams. Our client is launching a Product User Research Summit to understand internal and external stakeholders. The goal of this research is to discover and analyze users' behaviors, needs, and motivations related to their product's tools and experiences. Insights from this research summit will impact the product roadmap and design strategy.

12 semi-structured user group interviews (max 4 users per group)
- 2 pilot interviews + 10 formal interviews
- 2 weeks of interviews (30 hours)
- 1 week of synthesis (20 hours)
Create user research script with the guidance from internal user research stakeholders
List of customers will be provided
Daily check-ins with internal research team
Create a research summary deck
- Executive summary
- User research outline plan
- Key findings
- Recommendations
- Deep links to interview materials with access to raw data from interviews and any synthesis materials.

Candidate Requirements

Our client is looking for a contract Senior UX Researcher experienced in B2B SaaS product and leading research with remote testing tools. Their team is looking for an experienced researcher to apply User Research Best Practices and will be able to lead customer facing research sessions (research moderating, analyzing & synthesizing data). Researcher with a track record of translating research intro business impact and to deliver actionable insights. Someone with excellent people skills, ability to interact with internal teams and the ability to work autonomously. A researcher with a marketing background is a plus.
