We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior UX Researcher to join our Product Design team in Tel Aviv.
UX Researchers at Redis are responsible for planning, executing, and presenting user research for all Redis products - Redis Cloud, Redis Software, and Redis Insights.
They have rich experience with user-centered problem-solving methods, and they are great at acting upon qualitative and quantitative data.

What you’ll do:
- Be the user’s voice. Represent the users’ needs and wants for all Redis products.
- Identify and define problems, collect and analyze information, present to the team and org convincingly and appealingly.
- Identify opportunities for growth around the entire user journey and work with hypotheses and experiments to understand our users better.
- Advocate for a double-diamond process, and be the gatekeeper for user-centered design methodology.
- Collaborate with product managers, data, and customer success teams, to create and iterate on user flows and prototype mockups.
What will you need to have?
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience as a UX Researcher for a SaaS company.
- A university degree in a relevant discipline: Cognitive / Applied Psychology, Human Factor Engineering, Statistics, etc.).
- Experience with planning, recruiting, running, analyzing, presenting, and applying UX Research in an agile-based company.
- Experience with analytical tools (e.g. Tableau, Pendo, Amplitude, etc.).
- Good personal skills: team player, independent, organized, open-minded, and flexible with strong time management skills.
- Strong portfolio with a proven track record.
Extra great if you have:
- Proven track record with building developer tools.
- Self-motivated and self-managed.
- Experience influencing strategic decision-making through collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience with mixed methods research processes (quan & qual).
- Experience with running Usability labs and A/B tests in an Agile environment.
