NOTE: This is a remote role and can be based anywhere in the US or similar timezones.
We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher with strong research, storytelling, and organisation skills, and the ability to work across teams. You should be comfortable in a hands-on, collaborative, and flexible environment, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while driving towards aggressive goals. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering results and driving customer-driven culture into the organisation.
The Role
Lead the planning and execution of UX studies using the right methodologies that help us meet our strategic business and user experience goals
Translate customer insights into meaningful recommendations. Communicate insights within the product and engineering teams to inspire innovation.
Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports, in-person presentations, or facilitation of co-synthesis and design thinking workshops
Prioritize opportunities in partnership with Design, Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
Define, launch and monitor UX metrics to measure effectiveness and continue steering efforts in the directions that help us meet our business goals`
The Person
5+ years of proven experience as a UX Researcher in a fast-paced and data driven SaaS company
Track record of translating business needs into research questions, and insights into business impact
Experience creating useful, research-backed foundational UX documents (e.g Journey Maps, Personas, etc)
Experience with mixed methods research and visualization of research insights
Strong communicator and collaborator with extensive experience partnering seamlessly with globally distributed teams
Nice to have:
Experience working in a B2B SaaS startup
Bachelor’s or MS in a human behavior related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience)
