Together we push the boundaries of design quality in B2B to make our product experience feel simple, transparent, trustworthy and human.
We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our first global research team. The right candidate is comfortable driving research initiatives within a complex industry and collaborating with a highly cross-functional group of peers and stakeholders internally and externally. In this role, the researcher will partner with Design, Product Management, Data Science, Operations and Engineering to gather insights into the needs and the pain points of the global supply chain ecosystem and validate the ideas and the hypothesis for tech-driven solutions.
You will
- Collaborate with Design, Product Management, and other stakeholders within the organization to identify and prioritize research opportunities
- Lead strategic research studies in your product areas with focus on the DACH region.
- Select and utilize impactful generative and evaluative research methods (qualitative and quantitative).
- Provide mentorship and advise on research planning goals, questions, methods and metrics, and an overall user experience research strategy
- Lead cross-functional research projects with data science/product analysts
- Analyze and process research data to derive strategic and meaningful insights, as well as actionable recommendations.
- Be an advocate for the customer and foster a shared understanding of a customer-centric approach within the organization
- Communicate research findings and prioritized recommendations to internal stakeholders in a clear and compelling way
- Partner with other UX Researchers to develop best practices, research methodologies and frameworks to drive efficiency across the organization
- Guide a diverse set of stakeholders by providing insight and deep domain expertise in research practices and product strategy and development
What you bring
In this role, you will make recommendations to drive actions that directly impact our clients and operation teams around the world.
- 5+ years of experience conducting research to guide product development (B2B preferable)
- Highly experienced in a wider field of generative and evaluative research methods
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated to partner with peers and help increase their understanding of user experience research
- Strategic thinking and ability to consult stakeholders on research implementation and conduction
- Ability to listen and show empathy, and coach others to do the same
- Excellent storytelling and facilitation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate research to team members and leadership across all areas of the company
- Fluent in German and English.
