What You’ll Be Doing:
We are looking for a Senior User Researcher (Full time Contract for 3 months) to help us develop tactical insights within our product organization at Grow Therapy. You will lead a wide range of user research projects and will be a part of a remote-friendly design team. You’ll report directly into our Head of Design.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading high-value, tactical user research projects from incubation to insight delivery
- Organizing, prioritizing, and managing a growing body of research project ideas and requests
- Coaching and supporting Product Designers and Product Manager as they own and drive team-centric research projects.
- Developing user research operations, education, and comms as needed
Salary range: $80-120/hr
Contract duration: 3 months
Hours a week: 40, full time contract
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
- You’ve held a full-time user research position for 5+ years
- You love hands-on research and have a large body of projects in your portfolio with a demonstrated range of research methodologies & skills
- You’re able to get to quality, usable insights through values of speed & efficiency
- You’re highly collaborative and respond proactively to direction and feedback
- You’ve developed an effective method to socializing insights and ensuring they’re actively used in products
